Can I apply for housing at Sunlight Crossing?
The Sunlight Crossing community has been designed to help provide housing to the “Missing Middle” or Moderate Income earners of Routt County.
To achieve this YVHA has the following Area Median Income (AMI) limits on the rental units available.
AMI limits are set by the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority for each county, every year. These limits are based on household gross income.

Acceptance Notice
a) They will have a 1 year lease
b) There is 1 parking spot included per unit (limited additional parking is available for a monthly fee).
c) Income requirements will be verified annually. How much is the Rent?
d) Residents over 18 are subject to a background / credit check.
